How Email Generation Works

The tool uses three distinct generation methods depending on the mode selected.

In Random mode, the tool combines random first names, last names, adjectives, and numbers using several username patterns such as firstname.lastname, firstnamelastname123, or initial+lastname+number. Each email is assigned a domain from your selected pool in rotation.

In Name-Based mode, you supply the names and choose formats. The tool then cross-combines every first name with every last name across your selected formats. For example, with 3 first names, 3 last names, and 2 formats selected, the tool generates 18 unique addresses.

In Permutator mode, the tool applies 24 standard professional email patterns to a single person, such as john.smith, jsmith, j.smith, smithjohn, and more. This is ideal for cold outreach research or testing contact discovery scenarios.

Across all modes, duplicates are automatically removed before the final list is displayed, and a deduplication count is shown in the results header.

Worked Example

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the generated emails real accounts?

No. The emails generated in Random and Name-Based modes are fictional addresses intended for testing and placeholder purposes only. They do not belong to actual inboxes. If you use your own company domain in custom domain mode, the format will match your real structure, but the addresses still need to exist on your mail server.

Can I use these emails for cold outreach?

Not directly. Random and generated emails are not verified real addresses. For cold outreach, use Permutator mode to find likely email formats for a real contact, then verify the address with an email verification tool before sending.

How many emails can I generate at once?

You can generate up to 500 email addresses in a single session using Random mode. In Name-Based mode, the total depends on how many names and formats you select. There is no daily limit or account required.

Can I download the email list?
